With
the ever increasing demand on manufacturing companies to cut production
costs, improve energy efficiency and maintain high quality standards,
Advanced Infrared Systems Ltd decided to set up a dedicated systems
control division.
It's aim being to address the above issues. We realised that accurately
controlling our curing systems by utilising thyristors, cascade control
and modular pulsing, we are able to achieve these objectives.
Spending time with our client and understanding their manufacturing processes enables us
to accurately tailor the controls to suit their particular application whilst still
maintaing flexibility for future expansion.
The AIS controls division is able to offer a full competitive design and build or build
to customer specification service on most controls applications, heaters, motors,
mechanical handling, etc.
