We
were approached by a leading plastic moulding company who were water-base
painting plastic components after moulding. Their existing oven was
in excess of 8 metres square, the product required 18 minutes inside
the oven to cure and they were experiencing high inclusion rates.
We installed an AIS system into their premises within the 6 week window
requested.
The oven was less than 3 metres long and only required an unbelievable
8 seconds to cure. As a result of the quick curing the inclusion rate
was also dramatically reduced. Due to the compact size of the oven
we were able to fit a second system in the original oven area allowing
them to cure another product without the need for expansion of their
premises.
