PAINT DRYING APPLICATION

LUXFER GAS CYLINDERS one of the country's leading gas cylinder manufacturers were experiencing problems with their conventional paint drying system. They required a system that would introduce minimal heat to the product, would increase dramatically their drying times and would be constructed to be economical in running costs.
We were able to produce an oven to fulfil all the customer requirements giving total control over zones, power density and energy savings.
The oven included motion detection so as to initialise the oven only when required and therefore minimising the 'oven on' periods.
